RFPace ("the Service", "we", "us") is an AI-assisted proposal and procurement platform available at rfpace.com, operated by Canadian Board of Certified Energy Practitioners, a corporation registered in Canada.
You must provide accurate information when creating an organization account and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Accounts are for business use by organizations and their authorized team members.
RFPace analyzes procurement documents, tracks compliance requirements, and generates draft proposal content using artificial intelligence, based on information you provide about your organization.
AI-generated content is a draft. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, correcting, approving, signing, and submitting any proposal or document. RFPace does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any analysis or draft, does not provide legal advice, and does not guarantee that any bid will be compliant, accepted, or successful. Contract-risk observations are informational only and must be reviewed by qualified counsel.
You retain all rights to the documents, company information, and content you upload ('Customer Content'). You grant us a limited licence to process Customer Content solely to provide the Service to your organization.
Your Customer Content is isolated to your organization and is not used to provide services to, or train models for, any other customer. We use third-party AI providers to process content you submit for analysis and drafting; such processing is performed to serve your requests only.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload the content you provide, including any confidential procurement documents, and for complying with the confidentiality terms of any procurement process you participate in.
Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. Included AI credits refresh each billing period; unused promotional or included credits may expire as described at purchase. Credit top-up packs are one-time purchases and non-refundable once consumed. You can cancel any time via the billing portal; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the paid period. Prices are in Canadian dollars and may change with notice for future billing periods. Applicable taxes are added where required.
You agree not to: misuse or attempt to disrupt the Service; upload malicious code; attempt to access another organization's data; use the Service to produce false, misleading, or fraudulent bid content (including fabricated credentials, references, or certifications); resell the Service without authorization; or violate applicable law, including procurement law.
We aim for high availability but the Service is provided 'as is' and 'as available', without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We may modify features with reasonable notice. Always keep your own copies of documents you need for a submission deadline.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Canadian Board of Certified Energy Practitioners is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost opportunities, lost bids, or procurement disqualifications, arising from use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination you may request an export of your Customer Content within 30 days, after which it may be deleted.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified via the Service or email, and continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. Questions: info@rfpace.com.
